What is SUP Bootcamp?

It’s a fitness class… on a paddle board.
You will learn to paddle as well as squat, push up and plank your way through a great workout on the water!

No SUP experience necessary. Courses are instructed by certified personal trainers and SUP instructors. Boards, paddles, PFD’s and wetsuits are provided.

What to Wear:

Weather appropriate, comfortable clothing. Wetsuits are provided, but optional.


Go play outside and try SUP, West Coast style!

SUP bootcamp is awesome! Totally the best bootcamp I’ve gone to… there is nothing like being out on the water… very relaxing while you get a good work out.
I love SUP boot camp! It’s a really great workout and it’s tons of fun! I am a beginner and the first time I went I didn’t get much more than my feet wet!
It’s an awesome beach, water, and fitness combo. You work stabilizer muscles you didn’t even know you had.

Dawn Joseph is a certified personal trainer that has been in the Fitness Industry since 1997. With a love for board sports like kite boarding and snowboarding, stand up paddling was a natural progression. She has a passion for working with and empowering people and she specializes in making fitness fun!
