SUP Bootcamp Vancouver

What is SUP Bootcamp?
Its a fitness class… on a paddle board. You will learn to paddle as well as squat, push up and plank your way through a great workout!
No SUP experience necessary. Courses are instructed by certified personal trainers and SUP instructors.
Boards, paddles, PFD’s and wetsuits are provided.
What to Wear:
Weather appropriate, comfortable clothing. Wetsuits are provided, but optional.

Go play outside and try SUP, West Coast style!

Cost:
$180+tax for a 4 week session. Drop-in $55 B.Y.O.-SUP $20 *Sign up for 2 or more times a week and receive $5 off a class.

SUP bootcamp is awesome! Totally the best bootcamp I’ve gone to… there is nothing like being out on the water… very relaxing while you get a good work out.
I love SUP boot camp! It’s a really great workout and it’s tons of fun! I am a beginner and the first time I went I didn’t get much more than my feet wet!
It’s an awesome beach, water, and fitness combo. You work stabilizer muscles you didn’t even know you had.
