SUP Bootcamp Vancouver
What is SUP Bootcamp?
It’s a fitness class… on a paddle board.
You will learn to paddle as well as squat, push up and plank your way through a great workout on the water!
No SUP experience necessary. Courses are instructed by certified personal trainers and SUP instructors. Boards, paddles, PFD’s and wetsuits are provided.
What to Wear:
Weather appropriate, comfortable clothing. Wetsuits are provided, but optional.
Go play outside and try SUP, West Coast style!
